A healthy snack inbetween meals that will pump up your energy.
You will need:
- 1 and 1/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup quinoasalt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons honey
- chopped almonds and plum (or other season fruit)
Wash the quioa. Bring quinoa, milk and slat to a boil. Reduce heat and cook, stirring occasionally, until all liquid has been absorbed. Allow to cool slightly. Garnish with cinnamon, honey, almonds and plums.
Kvinoja s cimetom in slivami
Zdrav prigrizek, ki bo dodal energije vašemu telesu med obroki.
Za pripravo potrebujete:
- 250 ml mleka
- 100 g kvinoje
- ščepec soli
- 1/4 čajne žlice cimeta
- 2 jedilna žlica medu
- narezani mandlji in slive (ali drugo sezonsko sadje)
Kvinojo operemo. Mleko segrejemo v loncu ter dodamo kvinojo in sol. Ob mešanju kuhamo, dokler mešanica ne zavre. Temperaturo zmanjšamo in kuhamo dokler se kvinoja ne dobro prepoji. Ko iz mešanice nastane kaša odstranimo s štedilnika. Pustimo, da se malo ohladi. Kašo damo v posodo, posipamo s cimetom, pokapamo z medom in dodamo mandlje in slive.
