A delicious homemade dinner is here.
You will need:
- ½ cup quinoa, cooked
- 1 can black bean, rinsed and drained
- 1 large sweet potato, cooked
- ½ cup diced red onion
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- ¼ oat flour
- Salt, pepper
For serving:
- mango
- bean sprouts
- red pepper
- greek yogurt with chopped basil, persil, mint.
Add all ingredients in a food processor. Mix until well processed. Then cover and set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Divide into 4-6 even patties and gently form into patties using your hands.
To cook, heat a large metal skillet. Once hot, add oil to create thin layer and wait 1-2 minute for the oil to heat up. Then place burgers in the pan and cook 2-3 minutes on each sire.
Or bake in oven for 20 minutes on 180°C.
