This hummus simply ROCKS!
Ingredients:
- 180 g (1 cup) Chickpeas, cooked chickpeas, or 2 15-oz. cans chickpeas, rinsed and drained twice
- 1 lemon, juice
- ½ cup tahini
- 3/4 cup pumpkin, baked
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Add the chickpeas, pumpkin, maple syrup, lemon juice, tahini into a food processor and process until smooth. Adding 1 to 2 Tbs. water, if necessary. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
Make grilled hummus sandwich with parmesan cheese. You will devour it!
BUČNI HUMUS
Ta humus preprosto zažiga!
Sestavine:
- 180 g kuhane čičerike, če uporabljate konzervirano jo operite in odcedite
- 1 manjša buča, pečena
- 3 žlice tahinija
- sok 1 limone
- 2 žlici maple sirup
Čičeriko, bučo, tahini, limonin sok, maple sirup damo v multipraktik. Vse sestavine zmikasmo v gladek pire. Če je potrebno dodamo 1-2 žlici vode. Humus poskusimo in po želji dodamo sol in poper.
Poskusite toast s humusom in parmezanom. Kar požrli ga boste!
