Besides eating granola with yogurt and like cereal, you can also enjoy granola atop ice cream, atop fruit or simply by itself as an afternoon snack.
You will need:
- 5 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 apples, peeled, cored and cubed
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 3 cups oats
- ½ cup not cooked quinoa
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 ½ tablespoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
Combine the oats, quinoa, chia seeds, pumpkinr seeds, cinnamon, vanilla and javor syrup in a large bowl. Coconut oil, apples, brown sugar cook stiring until apples are tender then pour over the dry ingredients. Bake in the preheated oven until crispy and toasted, about 20 minutes. Cool before storing in an airtight container.
Granola s karameliziranimi jabolkami in cimetom
Poleg tega, da uživate granolo z jogurtom, poskusite jo na sladoledu ali na svežem sadju oziroma samo kot popoldanski prigrizek.
Potrebujete:
- 5 žlic kokosovega olja
- 2 jabolki, olupleni in narezani na kocke
- ½ skodelice rjavega sladkorja
- ¼ skodelice javorjevega sirupa
- 1 žlica vanilije
- 3 skodelice ovsenih kosmičev
- ½ skodelice ne kuhane kvinoje
- ¼ skodelice bučnih semen
- 2 žlici chia semen
- 1 ½ žlice cimeta
- ½ čajne žlice soli
V večji posodi dobo zmešaš kosmiče, chia semena, bučna semena, cimet, vaniljo in javorjev sirup. Kokosovo olje, rjavi sladko in jabolka pa kuhaš dokler jabolka niso lepo mehka in nato preliješ čez suhe sestavine. Nato vse še pečeš v pečici na 180˚C za 20 minut. Preden spraviš v posodo naj se granola dobro pohladi.
