Smoothie bowls…quick to make, refreshing, healthy, tasty and filling.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup apricot
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup oat milk
- 1 teaspoon flaxseeds
Topping: dried goji berries, shared coconut, flaxseeds, whole wheat flakes
PREPARATION
Place the apricot, banana and oat milk in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Pour smoothie into a bowl. Garnish with flaxseeds, goji berries, shared coconut and whole wheat flakes.
ADVICE:
If you don’t see a recipe you like on this list, it’s pretty easy to create your own combination.
Start with 1 cup of any frozen fruit and a banana. Add about 1/2 cup liquid (fruit juice, milk, jogurt…). Add a tablespoon of sweetener and adjust to taste. Then you can top your bowl with pretty much anything. Nuts, seeds, cereals, and dried fruit all work well.
Marelična smothie skleda
Smothie skleda je hitro pripravljena, sveža, zdrava in okusna.
Sestavine:
- 1 skodelica marelic
- 1 zmrznjena banana
- 1/2 skodelica ovsenega mleka
- 1 čajna žlica lanenih semen
Priprava:
Vse sestavine (marelice, banano, ovseno mleko) vržemo v multipraktik, zmeljemo, prelijemo v skledo in dekoriramo z marelico, lanenimi semeni in polnozrnatimi kosmiči.
