We continue our healthy path with Malinca girls and their reciepes for purifying our body this spring. Today we are presenting you the 2nd detox smoothie.
INGREDIENTS :
- Flowers and a small stem of broccoli
- A handful of spinach
- 1 small cucumber
- 1/2 lemon ( juice )
- 1/2 cm ginger
- 1 green apple ( for better taste )
- 1 teaspoon of green algae ( Spirulina and / or Chlorella )
HOW TO PREPARE IT?
Wash the vegetables, cut broccoli into pieces. Squeeze all the vegetables and apple in the juicer and add lemon. Lemon juice is added to the vegetable juice, then add a teaspoon of green algae and mix all well .

Naravni sok z zelenimi algami in brokolijem
Vikend je popoln za dodatno skrb za svoje telo in dobro počutje. Nadaljujemo našo skupno pot z Malincami v prečiščevalno pomlad in vam predstavljamo drugi detox smoothie.
SESTAVINE:
- cvetovi in steblo manjšega brokolija
- pest špinače
- 1 manjša kumarica
- 1/2 limone (sok)
- 1/2 cm ingverja
- 1 zeleno jabolko (za boljši okus)
- 1 žlička zelene alge (spirulina in/ali chlorelle)
OPIS POSTOPKA: Zelenjavo operemo, brokoli razrežemo na koščke. Vso zelenjavo in jabolko iztisnemo v sokovniku, limono ožamemo. Sok limone dodamo v zelenjavni sok, dodamo še žličko zelene alge ter vse skupaj dobro premešamo.
