Everyone that spends a lot of time with me, knows that I am a smoothie lover.
Not just that I adore them, I love making them and try new ingredients. This one I am presemting to you today is one of my favourites. It has a great nutrient value and a bit of detox action, so is really good for brighten up the day from the start.
You will need:
- a banana
- a pear
- a bunch of spinachi leaves
- a pocket of almonds
- water
- Spirulina algae in powder
- cinnamon
The night before put the almonds in a bowl with water. In the morning put them in the blender and add water till the top of it and mix. You will get your own homemade almondmilk.
Stream it trough a sieve and put the granola part in another boul and use it for breakfast with fruit in the morning.
Than pour the almond milk in the blender (half of it and put the other half in the fridge for another smoothie) and add all the rest of the ingredients and mix.
