Cream pie that smells of lavender and refreshing lemon flavor is just the perfect sweet summer escape. You will be impressed.
Pastry
300 g of wheat flour
250 g butter
100 g of ground sugar
pinch of salt
1 egg yolk
First mix the flour, sugar and chopp into small pieces of butter and salt, then add the egg and end up doing the perfect mixture with your hands to. Then cover all with foil and placed in a refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours. Cover the baking pan with baking paper or spread it with butter. Heat the oven to 170 degrees. Spread the flour on the working surface and roll the pastry on it before putting it in the roasting pan. Bake until it turns golden brown. From this ingredients we will get a pie of diameter 26-31 cm.
Lavender syrup
- 2 spoons of lavender flowers
- 200 g of sugar
Mix 2 ml of water and sugar in a pot. Add the lavender and cook the sugar to melt 2-3 minutes. Cool completely and then strain through a very dense sieve.
The Creme
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 egg
- 400 g sour cream
- 250 g maskarponeja
- 2 lemons juice and zest
- 3 tablespoons minced sugar
- 2-5 tablespoons of lavender syrup (depending on how intense is the flavor you want)
In a large bowl, with wire whisk, mix all ingredients, pour in the prebaked pastry. Pie baked for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. After removal from the oven the filling is quite smooth so is necessarily to cool it before serving. Sprinkle the lavender flowers over the top .
Pita s sivko in limono
Kremasta pita, ki diši po sivki in osvežilen okus limone, vas bosta navdušila.
Krhko testo
- 300 g pšenične moke
- 250 g masla
- 100 g mletega sladkorja
- ščepec soli
- 1 rumenjak
Najprej zmešamo moko, sladkor, na manjše kose narezano maslo in sol, potem dodamo jajce in na koncu z rokami zgnetemo v testo. Testo pokrijemo s folijo in postavimo v hladilnik za 2 do 3 ure. Pekač obložimo s papirjem za peko ali namažemo z maslom. Pečico segrajemo na 170 stopinj. Delovno površino pomokoma in na njej razvaljamo testo in ga nato previdno položimo v pekač. Pečemo dokler ne postane zlato-rjave barve.
Iz navedenih sestavin dobimo testo za pekač premera 26-31 cm.
Sivkin sirup
- 2 žlic sivkinih cvetov (posušenih)
- 200 g sladkorja
V lončku zmešamo 2 dl vode in sladkor. Dodamo sivko in kuhamo, da se sladkor stopi 2-3 minute (oz.da se tekočina nekoliko zgosti). Povsem ohladimo in šele nato precedimo skozi zelo gosto sito.
Krema
- 2 rumenjaka
- 1 jajce
- 400 g kisle smetane
- 250 g maskarponeja
- 2 limoni, sok in lupinica
- 3 žlice mletega sladkorja
- 2-5 žlic sivkinega sirupa (odvisno koliko intenziven okus želite)
V večji posodi z metlico zmešamo vse sestavina, vlijemo na predpečeno testo. Pito pečemo še 20 minut na 180 stopinjah. Ko jo vzamemo iz pečice bo nadev še precej tekoč zato jo pred serviranjem nujno ohladimo. Sivkine cvetove pa posujemo po vrhu.
