Seeds aren’t just for the birds, and these not-too-sweet bars prove it.
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tbsp all-natural sunflower seed butter
- pinch sea salt
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1 cup unsalted pumpkin seeds
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup raisins (or other dried fruits)
Mix honey, coconut flour, sunflower seed butter and salt. Add chopped coconut flakes to honey mix. Finally add the sunflower and pumpkin seeds. Scrape the dough mixture into the lined pan, press evenly with a rubber spatula, and chill for about an hour before serving.
