This is my easy version for breakfast. I so love granolas and prefer them with yogurth and always add some fresh fruit.
You will need:
- 300g mixed flakes ( oat , millet and Pirini )
- 70 g of mixed seeds ( sunflower , flax , pumpkin … )
- 200g mixed dried fruit ( apricots, prunes , raisins … )
- 50 g of almond (or other nuts )
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 3 tablespoons Goji berries
- 1 vanilla pod
- 3 tablespoons of coconut butter
- 5 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons of cinnamon (optional )
Mix the nuts in a food processor and split them on baking paper. Add the cereasl and seeds. Melt the coconut butter on small fire, add maple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla. Pour the mixture of nuts on the baking dish with it, mix well and place in oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. In the end, add the dried fruit and the goji berries.

GRANOLA ZA VSAK DAN
To je moja enostavna verzija za zdrav zajtrk. Jaz jih imam najraje z jogurtom in vedno dodam še sveže sadje.
Potrebujete:
- 300 g mešanih kosmičev (ovseni, proseni in pirini)
- 70 g mešanih semen (sončnična, lanena, bučna…)
- 200 g mešanega suhega sadja (marelice, slive, rozine …)
- 50 g mandljev (lahko tudi drugih oreščkov)
- 3 žlice chia semen
- 3 žlice goji jagod
- 1 strok vanilje
- 3 žlice kokosovega masla
- 5 žlic javorjevega sirupa
- 2 žlici cimeta (po želji)
Oreščke v sekljalniku grobo zmeljemo in jih stresemo na peki papir. Dodamo kosmiče in semena. Na majhnem ognju stopimo kokosovo maslo, dodamo javorjev sirup, cimet in vaniljo. S tem prelijemo mešanico na pekaču, dobro premešamo in damo v pečico za 20 minut pri 180 stopinj. Na koncu dodamo še suho sadje in goji jagode.
