We can’t think of a better way to deliver nature’s candy — in this case, dried dates, almond, raisins and cocoa.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups dates, pitted and chopped
- 2 cups raw almond (without skin)
- 1 cup raisins
- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- a pinch of salt
- ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconuts
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 to 3 tbsp cold water
Combine chopped dates, almonds, cocoa powder, and sea salt in a food processor. Pulse and process all the ingredients together until the texture is coarse. Then add the shredded coconut and the vanilla extract, a little water at a time until it reaches a dry but moist dough consistency. Scrape the dough mixture into the lined pan, press evenly with a rubber spatula, and chill for about an hour before serving.
Ploščice s čokolado in mandlji
Ne moramo razmišljati o boljših naravnih sladkarijah – v tem primeru suhi dateljni, mandlji, rozine in kakav.
Sestavine:
- 300g suhih dateljnov, razkoščičeni in sesekljani
- 280 g mandljev, brez ovoja
- 140 g rozin
- 75 g kakava v prahu
- ščepec soli
- 40 g narezanega suhega kokosa
- 2 jedilni žlici vanilijev ekstrakta
- 2-3 jedilne žlice hladne vode
V multipraktik dajte dateljne, mandlje, kakav v prahu in morsko sol. Dobro pomešajte dokler ne dobite goste paste. Nato dodamo narezan kokos, vanilijev ekstrakt in malo vode (toliko da masa ne postane preveč tekoča). Mešanico damo na peki papir, pritisnemo enakomerno z gumijasto lopatico in damo v hladilnik za približno eno uro.
