{"id":9496,"date":"2016-12-01T16:25:16","date_gmt":"2016-12-01T16:25:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cute.si\/cutelife\/?p=9496"},"modified":"2016-12-01T16:25:16","modified_gmt":"2016-12-01T16:25:16","slug":"sweet-potato-black-bean-burger","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cute.si\/cutelife\/sweet-potato-black-bean-burger\/","title":{"rendered":"Sweet potato black bean burger"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote>\n<p class=\"Standard\">A delicious homemade dinner is here.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"Standard\">You will need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"Standard\">\u00bd cup quinoa, cooked<\/li>\n<li class=\"Standard\">1 can black bean, rinsed and drained<\/li>\n<li class=\"Standard\">1 large sweet potato, cooked<\/li>\n<li class=\"Standard\">\u00bd cup diced red onion<\/li>\n<li class=\"Standard\">\u00bd cup chopped cilantro<\/li>\n<li class=\"Standard\">1 teaspoon cumin<\/li>\n<li class=\"Standard\">\u00bc oat flour<\/li>\n<li class=\"Standard\">Salt, pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"Standard\">\n<p class=\"Standard\">For serving:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"Standard\">mango<\/li>\n<li class=\"Standard\">bean sprouts<\/li>\n<li class=\"Standard\">red pepper<\/li>\n<li class=\"Standard\">greek yogurt with chopped basil, persil, mint.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"Standard\">Add all ingredients in a food processor. Mix until well processed. Then cover and set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Standard\">Divide into 4-6 even patties and gently form into patties using your hands.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Standard\">To cook, heat a large metal skillet. Once hot, add oil to create thin layer and wait 1-2 minute for the oil to heat up.
