{"id":9399,"date":"2016-11-28T11:54:26","date_gmt":"2016-11-28T11:54:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cute.si\/cutelife\/?p=9399"},"modified":"2016-11-28T11:54:55","modified_gmt":"2016-11-28T11:54:55","slug":"white-chocolate-pomegranate-pie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cute.si\/cutelife\/white-chocolate-pomegranate-pie\/","title":{"rendered":"White chocolate pomegranate pie"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p>Holidays are around the corner and we are all about healthy food and sweets also for this beautiful period of the year.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Vegan dough:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cup spelt flour<\/li>\n<li>1 cup all purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>1 cup chopped almond<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<li>125 g coconut oil<\/li>\n<li>3 tablespoon brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoon oil<\/li>\n<li>1 cup water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In a large bowl stir together flour, almond, salt and coconut oil. Add sugar, oil and tablespoons water and pulse a few more times until it starts to came together. Place on a lightly floured work surface. Using a rolling pin, roll into a circle. Gently place the dough into a pie plate. Bake at 180\u02daC for 45 minutes. Put it out and let it cool completely.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cream:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g white chocolate<\/li>\n<li>400 ml heavy cream<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp Vanilla<\/li>\n<li>Pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>1 agar agar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Add the heavy cream, vanilla extract and salt into a medium saucepan. Cook it on medium heat just until it starts to boil, and then remove from heat right away. Stir in the white chocolateand stir it just until it combines into a glassy mixture. Then add agar agar.<\/p>\n<p>Spoon filling into the crust and place into the fridge. Dodamo sladkor in olje in pregnetemo. Vodo dodajamo postopoma in po ob\u010dutku.<\/p>\n<p>Takoj razvaljamo na pomokani povr\u0161ini (nekaj testa pustimo za na vrh pite). Ne\u017eno postavimo v peka\u010d za pito. Pe\u010demo na 180\u02daC, 45 minut.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Krema:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g bele \u010dokolada<\/li>\n<li>400 ml sladke smetane<\/li>\n<li>1 \u017eli\u010dka vanilije<\/li>\n<li>\u0161\u010depec soli<\/li>\n<li>agar agar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sladko smetano, vaniljev ekstrakt in sol damo v kozico. Kuhamo na srednjem ognju in priprljemo do vretja ter nato odstavimo. Vme\u0161ajte v maso z belo \u010dokolado dokler ne dobimo gladke me\u0161anice. Nato dodamo agara agar.<\/p>\n<p>Ko je testo pe\u010deno ga popolnoma ohladimo in nato nadev prelijemo \u010dez tortno osnovo in postavimo v hladilnik, da se nadev strdi.
