{"id":9048,"date":"2016-11-05T11:14:35","date_gmt":"2016-11-05T11:14:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cute.si\/cutelife\/?p=9048"},"modified":"2016-11-05T11:20:21","modified_gmt":"2016-11-05T11:20:21","slug":"caramelized-apple-cinnamon-cluster-granola","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cute.si\/cutelife\/caramelized-apple-cinnamon-cluster-granola\/","title":{"rendered":"Caramelized apple cinnamon cluster granola"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Besides eating granola with yogurt and like cereal, you can also enjoy granola atop ice cream, atop fruit or simply by itself as an afternoon snack.<\/p>\n<p>You will need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 tablespoon coconut oil<\/li>\n<li>2 apples, peeled, cored and cubed<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup maple syrup<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon vanilla<\/li>\n<li>3 cups oats<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup not cooked quinoa<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup pumpkin seeds<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoon chia seeds<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd tablespoon cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon sea salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Combine the oats, quinoa, chia seeds, pumpkinr seeds, cinnamon, vanilla and javor syrup in a large bowl. Coconut oil, apples, brown sugar cook stiring until apples are tender then pour over the dry ingredients. Bake in the preheated oven until crispy and toasted, about 20 minutes.
