I hope you all love this recipe!<\/p>\n<p class=\"Standard\">Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"Standard\">Quinoa<\/li>\n<li class=\"Standard\">1 cup white quinoa (or red or tri-color)<\/li>\n<li class=\"Standard\">1 cup vegetable broth<\/li>\n<li class=\"Standard\">3\/4 cup water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"Standard\">Seasonings:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"Standard\">1 carrot<\/li>\n<li class=\"Standard\">1 pumpkin<\/li>\n<li class=\"Standard\">1 celery<\/li>\n<li class=\"Standard\">salt and black pepper<\/li>\n<li class=\"Standard\">basil<\/li>\n<li class=\"Standard\">cheddar cheese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"Standard\">Heat a medium saucepane over medium heat. Once hot, add rinsed qinoa and toast for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Standard\">Add vegetable broth and water and bring back to a boil over medium-high heat. Then reduce heat to low and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until liquid is completely absorbed. Add cooked quinoa to a large mixing bowl and add toasted carrot, pumpkin and celery. Upam, da vam bo ta recept v\u0161e\u010d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Standard\">\n<p class=\"Standard\">Sestavine:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"Standard\">Kvinoja<\/li>\n<li class=\"Standard\">190 g bele kvinoje (lahko tudi rde\u010da ali barvna)<\/li>\n<li class=\"Standard\">250 ml zelenjavne juhe<\/li>\n<li class=\"Standard\">180 ml vode<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"Standard\">\n<p class=\"Standard\">Za\u010dimbe:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"Standard\">1 koren\u010dek<\/li>\n<li class=\"Standard\">1 zelena<\/li>\n<li class=\"Standard\">1 bu\u010dka<\/li>\n<li class=\"Standard\">sol, poper<\/li>\n<li class=\"Standard\">bazilika<\/li>\n<li class=\"Standard\">cheddar sir<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"Standard\">Na srednje mo\u010dnem ognju segrejemo ponev. Ko je vro\u010da dodamo sprano kvinojo in jo pra\u017eimo 4-5 minut, ob\u010dasno pome\u0161amo. Dodamo zelenjavno juho in vodo in ponovno segrejemo do vrenja. Nato zmanj\u0161amo ogenj in kuhamo 15-20 minut, oziroma dokler teko\u010dina se ne popolnoma absorbira. V drugi posodi pope\u010demo korenje, bu\u010dko, zeleno, sol in poper.
