{"id":11281,"date":"2017-02-25T09:44:59","date_gmt":"2017-02-25T09:44:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cute.si\/cutelife\/?p=11281"},"modified":"2017-03-12T17:51:10","modified_gmt":"2017-03-12T17:51:10","slug":"baked-vegan-donuts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cute.si\/cutelife\/baked-vegan-donuts\/","title":{"rendered":"Baked vegan Donuts"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p>Why eat donuts just for carnival, if we can eat them the whole year?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>This time we have prepared a healthier but also delicious version.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For\u00a012 donuts you will need:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 2\/3 cups all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>2\/3 cup sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons baking soda<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons ground nutmeg<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>1 cup almond or rice milk<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup coconut oil<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup white or apple cider vinegar<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.\u00a0 Lightly grease two donut pans. In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking soda, nutmeg, and salt. In a medium bowl, whisk nondairy milk, oil, vinegar, and vanilla. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and whisk together quickly until they just combined right. Using a pastry bag with a thick round pastry tip, pipe batter into the prepared donut pans and bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and let sit 5 minutes before unmolding.<\/p>\n<p><strong> Chocolate Glaze<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon soy, almond, or rice milk<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup powdered sugar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In a double boiler or microwave, melt the chocolate chips and nondairy milk together.
