Nutrient fresh mask for dry skin

In the changing of season we are still between cold weather on the outside and warm places with dry air in our homes and workplaces.

This is the perfect mask ready in five minutes, that will spoil and caress your skin for good.

You Will need:

  • 1/2 matured avocado
  • 1 yogurt spoon

This mask is very good for winter time as all the dry skin is caused because of the heating and for the summer days when we are more exposed to the sun. It is very good also when your skin gets burned.

Smash the avocado and mix it with yogurth to get a dense cream. Then you apply the masque on cleansed skin and let it work for 15-20 minutes. Repeat twice or three times a week.

HRANILNA MASKA ZA SUHO KOŽO

Napojite svojo kožo sedaj, ko je ob menjavi sezone, hladnega in toplega zraku, še dodatno izsušena in dehidrirana.

Potrebujete:

  • 1/2 zdrelega avokada
  • 1 žlico navadnega jogurta

Maska je primerna tako v zimskem času, ko je koža izpostavljena ogravanju prostorov in hladnemu zraku, kot v poletnih dneh, ko je prekomerno izpostavljena sončnim žarkom. Pomaga pa tudi pri lajšanju morebitnih opeklin.

Avokado zgnetemo in ga zmešam z jogurtom v gladko maso. Masko nanesemo na očiščen obraz in pustimo delovati 15-20 minut. Ponovimo 2-3 x na teden.
