Natasha’s super simple 3-ingredient banana pancakes

I love pancakes. That’s no secret and there’s no denying here. From american pancakes to crepes – I love them all.

That’s why I was really happy to find this recipe I’m sharing with you today. It’s the most simple recipe I’ve ever followed and it only contains 3 ingredients that you probably have at home at all times!

You will need:

  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons of whole-wheat flour

First, mash the bananas then break the egg. Add flour and mix it all together. Some recipes recommend using baking powder instead, but flour is more natural and healthy.

Cook your pancakes in a frying pan as your usual pancakes for about two minutes then flip them and bake for another minute.

You can drizzle them with honey and too with any berries or even chocolate if you like. Serve them when they’re stilk hot!
