As a little kid I always spent my time drawing imaginary words, drawing magic animals and castles, what in the end came to drawing fashion, clothes and patterns.
Somehow my fashion world turned around to be on the other side of it, creating the picture of it in my own way for my readers and followers.
As a fashion designer I look and follow all the happening around me in a certain way. Yes, it is my own, that is for sure and has lots and lots of fashion history, knowledge and working experience. I stand behind what I write and what my oppininon is and as I talk about fashion there are really few persons in my little country that I appreciate for their knowledge of fashion in this hurricane of “wanna be a fashion blogger coz I know it all”.
The hardest thing of all is when you look at the brands managers of beauty and fashion and on what basis they are working with the temporary “most popular girls”. Low cost or no cost at all, just give me some products and I will post a million Instagrams. I can hardly watch all this after 11 yeas of work in the media as editor of fashion and beauty and after sudying fashion and doing make up and stylings for so many years.
So, dear “fashion & beauty” Slovenia, you are really something, with your lack of depth, more pictures of trees and rivers than some good styles and lots of beauty products one on top of the other, no matter how it sounds and what is good, just the picture has to be perfect and with many likes. You surely are missing the point, so the time to go out of here finally is coming closer and I am really happy of all the collaboratins that I have right now that are coming away with me, because they are real and with good basis and history.
For al the rest, building a dream takes time and I relly despice the quitters. Dear ladies, if you love fshion, head up, she is changing day by day and so is all the fashion community. Fill your board with your love for fashion and life, express you and not what you think others will like. And if you are not a fashion type, be your own type. That is what is all about, being You.
