{"id":8558,"date":"2016-10-03T08:41:53","date_gmt":"2016-10-03T08:41:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cute.si\/cutelife\/?p=8558"},"modified":"2016-10-03T08:41:53","modified_gmt":"2016-10-03T08:41:53","slug":"blueberry-greek-yogurt-bars","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/cute.si\/cutelife\/blueberry-greek-yogurt-bars\/","title":{"rendered":"Blueberry Greek Yogurt Bars"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p>Breakfast just got so much better.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Take everything you love about your favorite Greek yogurt and pack it into this bar for a perfect portable meal.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cups rolled oats<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 cup brown rice krispies<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup whole roasted almonds, chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon chia seeds<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup almond butter<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup honey<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 teaspoon vanilla<\/li>\n<li>1 (rounded) cup fresh blueberries Greek Yogurt Coating<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon water<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon gelatin<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup greek yogurt<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon honey<\/li>\n<li>pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>2 cups powdered sugar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In a large bowl combine the oats, rice krispies, coconut, almonds, chia seeds and salt. Mix together. In a small microwave safe bowl combine the almond butter and honey. Add the vanilla and mix again. Add the honey mixture to the dry oat mixture and mix until everything is moist and combined. Gently stir in the blueberries. Press the mixture into the prepared pan and then using the back of a measuring cup press the mixture into the pan until it is tightly packed. Cover and place in the freezer for 1 hour.<\/p>\n<p>Make the greek yogurt coating. Combine the water and vanilla in a small bowl. Microwave on 15 second bursts, stirring in between each burst, until the yogurt is liquidy and very warm to the touch. Don&#8217;t let it start to boil or the yogurt will curdle. Whisk the gelatin into the warm yogurt mixture. Whisk until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Scrape the yogurt mixture into a medium mixing bowl. Pour the powdered sugar on top. Working with one bar at a time, dip the bottom of the bar into the yogurt and allow any excess to drip off. Let the bars sit, uncovered, until dry to the touch, about four hours or overnight.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThey are delicious\u201d!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Plo\u0161\u010dice z borovnicami in gr\u0161kim jogurtom<\/h4>\n<blockquote><p>Zajtrk je pravkar postal veliko bolj\u0161i.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Va\u0161 najljub\u0161i gr\u0161ki jogurt lahko zapakirate v plo\u0161\u010dice pa dobite popoln prenosni obrok.<\/p>\n<p>Sestavine:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150 g ovsenih ko\u0161mi\u010dev<\/li>\n<li>100 g rjav puhast ri\u017e<\/li>\n<li>40 g pra\u017eenih mandljev, zrezanih na ko\u0161\u010dke<\/li>\n<li>1 jedilno \u017elico chia semen\u0161\u010depec soli<\/li>\n<li>75 g mandljevega masla<\/li>\n<li>75 g medu<\/li>\n<li>1 in 1\/2 \u010dajna \u017eli\u010dka vanilije<\/li>\n<li>150 g borovnic<\/li>\n<li>Gr\u0161ki jogurt<\/li>\n<li>1 jedilna \u017elica vode<\/li>\n<li>1 \u010dajna \u017elica vaniljevega ekstrakta<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 \u010dajne \u017elice agar agar<\/li>\n<li>40 g gr\u0161kega jogurta<\/li>\n<li>1 jedilna \u017elica medu\u0161\u010depec soli<\/li>\n<li>200 g mletega sladkorja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>V veliki posodi zme\u0161amo skupaj ovsene kosmi\u010de, puhasti ri\u017e, mandlje, chia semena in sol. V majhni posodi, ki jo lahko postavimo v mikrovalovno pe\u010dico, damo mandljevo maslo in med. Ko se to stopi dodajte \u0161e vanilijo. Me\u0161anico medu in masla dodamo suhim sestavinam in dobro preme\u0161amo, dokler ni celotna zmes vla\u017ena. Ne\u017eno vme\u0161amo \u0161e borovnice. V manj\u0161i posodi zdru\u017eimo vodo in vanilijo. Pripravimo agar agar in ga dodamo vodi. V drugi posodi zme\u0161amo skupaj jogurt, med in sol. Damo v mikrovalovno pe\u010dico tako da postane jogurt vro\u010d, ne sme pa vret. V topel jogurt dodate zmes z agar agarjem in dobro preme\u0161ajte. Na koncu dodate \u0161e mlet sladkor.
