This recipe is simple, healthy and so delicious.

Ingredients:
- Quinoa
- 1 cup white quinoa (or red or tri-color)
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 3/4 cup water
Seasonings:
- 1 carrot
- 1 pumpkin
- 1 celery
- salt and black pepper
- basil
- cheddar cheese
Heat a medium saucepane over medium heat. Once hot, add rinsed qinoa and toast for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add vegetable broth and water and bring back to a boil over medium-high heat. Then reduce heat to low and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until liquid is completely absorbed. Add cooked quinoa to a large mixing bowl and add toasted carrot, pumpkin and celery. Add the basil and cheddar cheese and filled tortillas.
TORTILJA S KVINOJO
Recept je zelo preprost, zdrav in tako okusen.
Potrebujete le nekaj sestavin. Upam, da vam bo ta recept všeč.
Sestavine:
- Kvinoja
- 190 g bele kvinoje (lahko tudi rdeča ali barvna)
- 250 ml zelenjavne juhe
- 180 ml vode
Začimbe:
- 1 korenček
- 1 zelena
- 1 bučka
- sol, poper
- bazilika
- cheddar sir
Na srednje močnem ognju segrejemo ponev. Ko je vroča dodamo sprano kvinojo in jo pražimo 4-5 minut, občasno pomešamo. Dodamo zelenjavno juho in vodo in ponovno segrejemo do vrenja. Nato zmanjšamo ogenj in kuhamo 15-20 minut, oziroma dokler tekočina se ne popolnoma absorbira. V drugi posodi popečemo korenje, bučko, zeleno, sol in poper. Nato vse skupaj pomešamo dodamo še baziliko, cheddar sir in napolnimo tortilje.
