This pudding makes a yummy breakfast or snack.
- ¼ cup pomegranate juice
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- ½ cup greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp pomegranate seeds
Add pomegranate seeds in a blender then strain through a fine sieve in a small bowl, add the pomegranate juice and chia seeds. Whisk until combined and refrigerate overnight. Layer chia mixture with greek yogurt, and top with pomegranate seeds.
Chia puding z granatnim jabolkom
Ta chia puding je njami zajtrk ali popoldanski prigrizek.
- ¼ skodelice soka granatnega jabolka
- 2 jedilni žlici chia semen
- ½ skodelice grškega jogurta
- 2 jedilni žlici semen granatnega jabolka
Granatno jabolko damo v multipraktik in zmeljemo. Potem precedimo skozi gosto sito. V manjši posodi dobro premešamo sok granatnega jabolka in chia semen. Pokrijemo in damo v hladilnik čez noč. V posodico damo eno vrsto grškega jogurta eno vrsto chia semen in ponovimo. Po vrhu posujemo še granatno jabolko.
