HOMEMADE POPSICLES

Made from natural fruit and good quality ingredients, they’re the perfect all around treat.

Frozen fruit pops

Fresh fruit and a splash of juice makes a fresh and healthy snack. Use whatever fruit you’re heart desires. So let’s get freezing!

Ingredients:

  • raspberry
  • blueberries
  • blackberry
  • apricot
  • fresh lemon and orange juice

Preparation:

Sliced apricot and leave berries whole. Fill cup whit fruit and add juice. Insert sticks into each cup.

Place in the freezer a few hours.

Fresh mango and strawberry popsicles

You can get really creative with these frozen treats and make them the exact flavor you want. A perfect summer treat!

Ingredients:

  • 12-15 large fresh strawberry
  • 2 whole ripe mango

Preparation:

Puree mango and the strawberries until smooth. In your mold fill half way with mango puree, then follow with another half of strawberry puree and then top if off with the mango puree. Cover mold, add sticks and free for at least 5 hours or overnight.

To remove the pops from the cups, run under warm water a few seconds.

DOMA NAREJENE LUČKE

Narejene so iz svežega sadja in kakovostnih sestavin… zdrave in dobre.

Lučke z zmrznjenim sadjem

S svežim sadje in z malo sadnega soka naredite svež in zdrav prigrizek. Uporabite katerokoli sadje vam srce poželi. Torej, gremo zamrzovati!

Sestavine:

  • maline
  • borovnice
  • robidnice
  • marelica
  • sveže stisnjen sok limone in pomaranče

Priprava:

Marelico narežite na manjše koščke, jagodičevje pa pustite celo. Napolnimo posodice s sadjem in nato dodamo sok limone in pomaranče. Vstavite palčke in postavimo v zmrzovalnik za nekaj ur.

Pri pripravi teh zamzrjenih dobrot ste lahko zelo ustvarjalni in jih pripravite prav po vašem okusu.

Popolno – zdravo poletje!

Sestavine:

  • 12-15 velikih jagod
  • 2 zrela manga

Priprava:

Zmiksajte mango in jagode v gladek pire. V vaše modelčke do polovice vlite najprej mango in nato jagodni pire. Če ostane še malo prostora vlite še malo mangotovega pireja. Dodajte palčke inpostavite v zmrzovalnik za vsaj 5 ur ali kar čez noč.

Nasvet za konec:

Da lažje odstranite lučke iz modelčov jih za nekaj sekund dajte pod toplo vodo.
