Enjoy and cheers to a yummy, healthy and super tasty breakfast or snack.
- 8 fresh mint leaves
- 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped into quarters
- 1 handful baby spinach leaves
- 2 heaped Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 heaped Tbsp natural yoghurt
- 1 handful Granola
- some fresh fruit to garnish
Place mint, spinach, kiwi fruit, spinach and yoghurt in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite granola and some fresh fruit.
Serve & enjoy.
