Another healthy breakfast prepared with quinoa forthe perfect snack or breakfast.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 1/4 cup almond milk (or other milk)
- 1/2 cup water
- salt
- 1 banana, mashed
- 2 teaspoon honey
- 2 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Bring quinoa, almond milk, water and slat to a boil. Reduce heat and cook, stirring occasionally, until all liquid has been absorbed. Mix in mashed banana, honey, cocoa powder and vanilla. Garnish with banana slice and blackberries.
Čokoladno bananina kvinoja
Popoln začetek dneva ali le prigrizek tekom dneva s tole prikupno zdravo sladico s kvinojo.
Sestavine:
- 150 g kvinoje
- 250 ml mandljevega mleka (ali mleko po želji)
- 100 ml vode
- ščepec soli
- 1 pretlačena banana
- 2 čajni žlici medu
- 2 čajni žlici kakava v prahu
- 1/2 čajne žlice vanilijevega ekstrakta
V posodi zavremo kvinojo, mandljevo mleko, vodo in sol. Zmanjšamo temperaturo in kuhamo, občasno pomešamo, dokler se vsa tekočina ne vpije. Dodamo banano, med, kakav in vanilijo. Na koncu pa posujemo še kose banane in borovnice.
