On 3rd and 4th October, Lipica Stud Farm hosted international dog shows, CACIB Lipica 1 and 2, in the organisation of the Cynological Association of Slovenia.
There were more than a thousand dogs of around 185 different breeds from more than 27 countries!
This is the second year Lipica has hosted an international dog show and will be hosting a World specialty boxer show in May 2016.
The director of Lipica Stud Farm, Boštjan Bizjak said, that dog shows are a welcomed change and that their wish is to bring more than 100 000 visitors to those kind of events to Lipica each year.
