BITTER CHOCOLATE GRANOLA

Good morning Cuties. Here is another of our delicious granolas!

You will need:

  • 1 cup cranberry
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 3 cups oats
  • 1 cup goji berries
  • 1/2 coconut chips
  • 1 cup banana chips
  • 3 spoons cocoa butter
  • 2 spoons raw cacoa powder

Use certified gluten-free oats for gluten-free granola.

In a small bowl melt the cocoa butter and raw cacoa powder. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, coconut chips, banana chips, cranberry, raisins, goji berries. Pour the mixture onto your prepared baking sheet and pour in the cocoa butter and raw cacoa powder. Mix well.

Bake for 20 minutes. Let the granola cool before stirring in the dried cranberries, raisins and goji berries. Store the granola in an airtight container for longer shelf life.

During roasting check at granola because it can burn easily 😉

GRENKO ČOKOLADNA GRANOLA

Ta granola je malo bolj grenka zato je idealna s sadnim jogurtom.

 

Zelo rada pa si jo pripravim s toplim mlekom, takrat si jo popestrim z na manjše kose zdroblejnimi čokoladami (bela, mlečna in temna), saj se čokolada lepo stopi in zadiši po celi kuhinji.

Zanjo potrebujete:

  • 1 skodelica brusnic
  • 1 skodelica rozin
  • 2,5 skodelice ovsenih kosmičev
  • 1 skodelica goji jagod
  • pol skodelice kokosovega čipsa
  • 1 skodelica bananinega čipsa
  • 3 žlice kakavovega masla
  • 2 žlici kakava v prahu

Za brez glutenske: kupite brez glutenske kosmiče.

V ponvi raztopimo kakavovo maslo in mu dodamo kakav v prahu. V večji posodi pomešamo

kosmiče, kokosov in bananin čips. V pekač, obložen s peki papirjem, stresemo mešanico suhih sestavin, pokapljamo z raztoplejnim kakavovim maslom in v pečici, segreti na 180 stopinj, pečemo 20 minut.

Hladno granolo nalomimo, kot nam ustreza, lahko pa pustimo tudi večje kose in dodamo brusnice, rozine in goji jagode.V dobro zaprti posodi zdrži dalj časa tako da si lahko pripravite tudi večjo količino.

Na granolo je med pečenjem treba biti pozoren. Rada se zažge, zato boste čas peke in temperaturo morali prilagoditi svoji pečici.
